Night time is some of our time to reflect on our day. Reflecting allows us to access our decisions whether good or bad. If bad we seek to do better. But sometimes we reflect on the bad so much and so long that we begin to feel horrible about ourselves. Some of us even fall into depression. Here is your snack for tonight. “Brothers and sisters, I know that I still have a long way to go. But there is one thing I do: I forget what is in the past and try as hard as I can to reach the goal before me.” Philippians 3:13. Stay hungry for God.
